Bio: Jacqueline Borgen has over eighteen years of teaching experience. She graduated from Queens College with a B.A. in Early Childhood and Elementary Education with a co-major in Jewish Studies. She then went on to receive a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education specializing in Remedial Reading. Morah Jackie taught in the ASHAR kindergarten class for three years and is currently the Early Childhood Director.

Morah Jackie creates a nurturing environment that is both loving and safe. She strives to make school a happy and fun place where children love to come. Visiting the classrooms each day and seeing the children’s smiling faces fills her with nachas. Morah Jackie feels privileged to be given the opportunity to help the children of ASHAR blossom and develop into true B’nai and B’not Torah.
