Sefer Torah Campaign

With gratitude to Hashem, we are pleased to introduce the ASHAR Sefer Torah Campaign. Launched with great excitement at our recent Annual Scholarship Dinner, students, families, friends, and supporters now have the opportunity to participate in the special mitzvah of writing a sefer Torah. The welcoming of our Yeshiva's new Torah scroll will highlight a gala chanukat ha'bayit of our beautiful new Beit Midrash, scheduled for completion next year.

The sefer will be named the Straus Family ASHAR Sefer Torah, honoring the generosity and leadership of Mr. and Mrs. Alan and Hildy Straus, proud grandparents of seven current and future ASHAR students, whose initial contribution made this communal sefer Torah possible. Additional dedication opportunities follow below.

We anticipate a host of related educational activities during the coming academic year, as well as other events, and look forward to full participation in this most unique link to eternity. Watch this space for updates and events!
